We are hiring a Restaurant Manager at Parlour & 6 Portland Road. Part of the Dunford Wood group, Parlour and 6 Portland Road have become two of West London's most respected neighbourhood venues, known for seasonal British cooking, warm hospitality, and relaxed but professional service. Founded by owner and chef-patron Jesse Dunford Wood, the group has built a strong reputation for quality food and drinks, lively atmosphere, and genuinely welcoming hospitality. We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join the team and support the continued growth of the business.

The Role

This is a floor-led role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting the team during busy services, and delivering consistently high standards of hospitality. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, work closely with senior management, and help maintain the warm and professional atmosphere our venues are known for.
