Housekeeping Supervisor

You'll lead your housekeeping team to ensure we deliver clean, fresh rooms to our guests, by maintaining high cleaning standards, providing spotless rooms and public areas. You'll work alongside your team, helping with tasks like making beds and cleaning bathrooms when needed, reporting any damage, and ensuring everyone’s safety.

A Welcome Break Housekeeping Supervisor would ideally:
- Have some prior experience working in hotels, as a housekeeper or supervisor
- A good leader and motivator who can inspire others
- Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ready to roll your sleeves up and lead by example
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks according to company standards
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and damages
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock, linen stock and linen quality stock
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
