Ready to lead a fastâpaced Chopstix unit and create great experiences for both customers and teams? As a Restaurant Manager at Welcome Break, you'll take ownership of a highâvolume Chopstix unit, leading your management team day to day and creating a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move.
You'll be responsible for running the unit's operations, overseeing everything from brand and food standards, food safety to service, people and performance. You'll make sure the brand delivers to its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations.
You'll work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within your restaurant. This is a handsâon role where you'll build great teams, manage standards and results, and continue to grow your leadership career with our support.
