This is a role for a hands-on Hotel Manager who thrives to be immersed in the operations of their hotel. Managing your 42 room Hotel, you’ll lead & nurture the Reception, Housekeeping & Maintenance team to ensure they seamlessly work together to deliver a memorable experience for our guests whilst driving maximising operational profit margins.
In return, you’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your career with the potential to progress to more senior management roles. Make no mistake, the Hotel Manager role is demanding but if you have the right qualities and you’re up for an exciting challenge, we’ll help you reach your full potential.
