Role- Enjoy helping people and delivering friendly, welcoming service
- Can keep calm, organized and positive when it gets busy
- Take pride in keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly
- Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn new skills (full training provided)
- Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
- Keep the customer seating areas and back‑of‑house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
