Whether you’re helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move.

What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
- Keep the customer seating areas and back‑of‑house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
