Welcombe Hills School is looking to appoint a dedicated Safeguarding Manager to join our Core Team. This newly created role focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of all students by managing safeguarding concerns daily and ensuring compliance with child protection policies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust Safeguarding Lead and school DSL, contributing to a safe school environment and collaborating with staff, pupils, families, and external agencies.
