We are looking to appoint a compassionate and respectful Nurse Assistant to join our nursing team and support the delivery of high-quality health care provision to our pupils. The role is a great opportunity to meet and work with pupils of all ages and to be a part of a collaborative organisation where our goal is to provide the best possible education to our pupils, in a friendly and safe environment.
The main duties of the role include:
- Providing healthcare support to pupils in accordance with care plans
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Deliver first-aid where required
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of medical resources
- Assist with specialist medical needs and clinical interventions
- Work closely with the School Nurse and Health & Safety Manager to implement changes, review processes and prepare for internal and/or external audits
