Welcombe Hills School in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, ambitious team. This 1:1 role focuses on supporting pupils with complex needs and enabling their full potential.
You will work with teachers to deliver high quality lessons, cover and lead classes when appropriate, and contribute to assessing pupil progress while building positive relationships with children and families.
