Do you have experience working with families and children aged 0-13, a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable families and a relevant vocational or academic qualification? Welcare is recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to deliver a broad-based preventative and responsive support service for families with children up to the age of 13 in partnership with schools, churches, the local authority and other agencies, in the London boroughs of Bromley and Greenwich.
Local knowledge of Bromley and Greenwich areas would be an advantage. You will be delivering practical and emotional support to enhance the lived experiences of children and families through one-to-one support and group work programmes. The post requires working with families in person and online remote working. The office base is in Community House, Bromley.
