This is a full‑time, on‑site Registered Manager role based in West Yorkshire. The Registered Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of children’s supported living and domiciliary care services, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance with Ofsted and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting staff teams
  • Overseeing care planning and risk assessments
  • Ensuring that young people receive person‑centered support tailored to their needs and aspirations

  • High level of organisational, planning, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Relevant care or social care qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it
  • Experience in care planning, risk assessment, and person‑centered support for children and young people with diverse needs
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and promoting the rights and independence of children and young people
  • Comfort with basic digital systems for record‑keeping, reporting, and communication
