This is a full‑time, on‑site Registered Manager role based in West Yorkshire. The Registered Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of children’s supported living and domiciliary care services, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance with Ofsted and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting staff teams
- Overseeing care planning and risk assessments
- Ensuring that young people receive person‑centered support tailored to their needs and aspirations
