Welcare Global Limited is currently hiring full-time and part-time Domiciliary Care Workers. We are looking for Care Workers to provide care to our clients in their homes and communities. We have a great team of people who care for our clients and also work at Welcare Global Limited!
Job Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in client's residence
- Perform household chores such as laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
- Change linens, sheets, pillows, towels and other room amenities.
- Launder linens, sheets, and towels.
- Fill in for certain days with qualified employees when needed.
- Clean offices and other areas in the community as needed.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Experience:
- High School education or equivalent preferred.
- Empathy towards the service users and families
- Prior experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with service users
- Ability to build rapport with service users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
