Role: SEN Hub Teaching Assistant (Contract: Permanent)
Hours: 32.5 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Pathway 3, £20,500 - £21,861 per annum (FTE £27,254 - £29,064) plus an additional allowance of £1,331

Role purpose and responsibilities:
- Support children with autism to access learning and achieve individual targets.
- Plan and deliver tailored activities for individuals and small groups under the guidance of hub teaching staff.
- Promote inclusion across the school.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience working with children with autism.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be working towards it).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt learning activities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and creating a positive, respectful environment where every child feels valued.
