This dynamic role is pivotal in driving aftersales and spare parts performance through strategic planning, partner engagement, and marketing initiatives. You will lead implementation efforts across designated markets, with a strong emphasis on developing the international business, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
As a key contributor to the sales team, you will also act as a product expert—delivering technical support and training to both internal teams and external partners. Additionally, you will support product development, contribute to marketing content, and represent the brand at trade shows, all aimed at enhancing the visibility and commercial success of the Multiplex product range.
Key tasks & responsibilities:- Develop an aftersales business strategy, specifically on spare parts growth. Specific focus on route to market, partner selection, sales and marketing tool development.
- Implement aftersales strategy in the markets of direct responsibility and cascade to sales team for other areas.
- Contribute to international sales and product strategy.
- Be a Multiplex product expert supporting internal sales and external stakeholders (customers, service agents and distributors). Develop and conduct education and training programs to grow product sales. Capable to deliver product training with a full understanding of specifications and applications, promote the Multiplex product range to grow sales.
- Lead or contribute to technical projects, be part of cross functional teams contributing to the product development process feeding into the process voice of the customer input and supporting where required the stage process where external stakeholders are required.
- In conjunction with the Product Management Team, participate in the development of sales brochures, website, and advertising; develop, manage production through shared services, and maintain instructional programs, sales brochures, website, and advertising material to grow sales.
- Represent brands at trade shows, and similar events to create business opportunities. Drive the creation of engaging and impactful trade show displays and activities to create excitement and interest in the related brands.
- Knowledge of relevant product and applications.
- Excellent training and communication skills, ability to address different audiences.
- Experience in training and service area in beverage dispense and cooling equipment or related industry preferred.
- Familiarity with key sales concepts of product performance, customer satisfaction, and field product application.
