At WelbeHealth, we deliver life-changing care to our seniors, and our operations teams play a vital role in making that possible. TheFleet and Procurement Manager is a key member of our Central Team, responsible for overseeing WelbeHealth’s vehicle fleet and home services procurement needs. This role ensures our teams have the resources they need to serve participants safely and efficiently, while driving cost-effective and sustainable procurement strategies across all markets.
- Oversee and manage the full inventory of Welbe vehicles across all markets, including vehicle retirements, transfers between locations, and documentation updates -Conduct in-person quarterly fleet audits
- In collaboration with the Finance and Transportation Leadership, forecast fleet needs and coordinate the procurement of vehicles, equipment, and essential supplies to support operational growth and market expansion
- In collaboration with Application team, apply for and maintain all required Department of Transportation (DOT) certifications and ensure ongoing compliance across all regions
- Establish and maintain vehicle maintenance service agreements; track maintenance schedules and proactively notify relevant team members of upcoming service requirements
- Oversee vehicle registration processes, including tracking renewal dates and notifying team members of deadlines. May assume direct responsibility for registration renewals pending implementation of a centralized Fleet Management structure
- Ensure continuous insurance coverage for all vehicles and authorized drivers; manage policy updates and liaise with insurance providers as needed
- Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
- Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;Review purchase orders for accuracy, organize, and confirm delivery of assets
- In collaboration with the Budget Owner and Finance must adhere to budget guidelines and not exceed, unless authorized for operational needs. Promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Oversee and manage the supply tracking systems, inventory, and assets
- Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for all of WelbeHealth markets
- Work closely with the Finance department to streamline the vehicle purchase workflow, i.e., purchase proposal, financing, payment, delivery, and insurance coverage
- Work with the IT department and vendors to secure or to acquire all required software and hardware technology needed for installation in each asset
- Perform risk assessments of potential contracts and agreements
- Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation; Ability to negotiate contracts on behalf of WelbeHealth
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Contract Management or Procurement preferred -Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIP) or NVQ certifications a plus
- Current Valid State Driver’s License;Copy of most recent Vehicle Insurance required
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as a procurement clerk, junior buyer, or relevant experience in a business setting; transportation department preferred
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Solid knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Knowledge of DMV registration in multi-state markets;Knowledge of city, county, state, and federal Department of Transportation rules and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to travel to other WelbeHealth locations as needed

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $90,281 – $119,171 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
