Our Commercial function plays a vital role in driving growth and strengthening Welbeck’s position as a leading private healthcare provider. About the Role

As a Referrer Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and growing Welbeck’s referral network through proactive outreach and relationship management. Responsibilities include engaging regularly with GPs, concierge doctors, corporate medical teams, and other stakeholders; building trusted relationships and raising awareness of Welbeck’s consultants and services. You will support the coordination of referrals, maintain CRM systems, track engagement activity, and identify opportunities to improve referrer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a proactive referrer engagement programme across key stakeholder groups
  • Conduct outreach activities including events, CPD sessions, practice visits, newsletters, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, ensuring consistent communication and support
  • Coordinate referral pathways, supporting bookings and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience
  • Respond promptly to referrer queries and facilitate introductions to specialists where required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
  • Support planning and delivery of a programme of commercial events and educational sessions
  • Track engagement activity and provide insights to support growth and performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand the referral network and increase activity
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the referrer journey and overall experience
