  • Monitor patient flow and waiting areas to ensure an efficient and positive experience

  • Support the management of consultant, visitor and patient enquiries, both in person and by telephone

  • Work closely with administration and clinical teams to support smooth operational delivery

  • Support onboarding, training and performance management activities for reception colleagues

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safeguarding requirements and CQC standards

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and help establish best-practice reception processes

  • Provide hands-on support during busy periods and assist with broader administrative activities where required.

Your communication skills enable you to build trusted relationships with patients, consultants, visitors and colleagues alike. You take pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience and are motivated by creating an environment where people feel welcomed, informed and supported.

You will also bring:

  • A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and evidence of continuing professional development
