About the Role

As a Referrer Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and growing Welbeck’s referral network through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging regularly with GPs, concierge doctors, corporate medical teams, and other stakeholders; building trusted relationships and raising awareness of Welbeck’s consultants and services.
  • Supporting the coordination of referrals, maintaining CRM systems, tracking engagement activity, and identifying opportunities to improve referrer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a proactive referrer engagement programme across key stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct outreach activities including events, CPD sessions, practice visits, newsletters, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Coordinate referral pathways, supporting bookings and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience.
  • Respond promptly to referrer queries and facilitate introductions to specialists where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
