Redefining Private Day Surgery. Welbeck is built on a simple philosophy: medical excellence without compromise. We’re a growing network of specialist day-case centres setting a new standard for private healthcare - combining calm, confidence, and clinical credibility in environments designed around people, not process.
Instead, we create refined, patient-centred spaces where consultants and teams are empowered to deliver world-class care and a seamless patient experience. As a Divisional Director, you’ll take accountability for the performance and growth of a portfolio of Centres at our flagship Central London site. You’ll work at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient experience and commercial performance, ensuring each Centre operates at the highest standard.
Acting as a trusted partner to Doctor Partners and Centre Directors, you’ll help shape strategy while supporting delivery on the ground. Sitting between the Centres and our central functions, you’ll connect people, insight, and expertise to enable consistent, high-quality performance. As you embed there is potential for the opportunity to contribute to green site developments, helping launch and grow new Centres as the organisation expands.
This is a role for someone who wants to influence how high quality healthcare is delivered at scale, while remaining close to the people and decisions that matter most.
