About the role
As a Bank Administrator within our Central Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for patients, GPs and referrers across Welbeck London. Working across multiple centres and specialties, you’ll manage enquiries, referrals and bookings while helping patients navigate complex pathways quickly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing service where you’ll not only support day-to-day operations but also help shape new processes, improve pathways and contribute to the continued evolution of the Welbeck Guest Experience.
Overview of key responsibilities:
- Manage patient, GP and referrer enquiries from initial contact through to booking completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Support the Ultrasound Booking Team and GP Enquiries service across multiple Welbeck centres and specialties.
- Coordinate referrals, appointments and complex patient pathways while ensuring all information is managed accurately and appropriately.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinicians, centres, GP practices, referrers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of Central Services by supporting pathway mapping, maintaining the knowledge base and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Use booking systems, CRM platforms and other digital tools to manage enquiries, monitor activity and maintain accurate records.
