About the role

We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge & Security Associate to join our team at Welbeck Cambridge.

As the first person many guests and visitors will meet when they arrive, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression. Combining concierge responsibilities with security expertise, you'll provide a warm welcome while helping to ensure the centre remains safe, secure and efficiently managed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and can confidently respond to security matters with professionalism and discretion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting guest check-in processes where appropriate

  • Directing and escorting guests to the correct area of the centre

  • Providing a visible and reassuring presence within the facility

  • Responding to security-related issues and supporting colleagues when required

  • Ensuring refreshment stations remain clean, stocked and welcoming

  • Contributing to a professional environment and exceptional guest experience throughout the centre.

About you

You are professional, approachable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You enjoy interacting with people and understand how important first impressions are within a healthcare environment.

You'll be an excellent communicator who remains calm under pressure and can confidently manage a range of situations with professionalism and discretion. An SIA qualification is essential, together with the ability to respond appropriately to security-related matters while maintaining a welcoming and guest-focused approach.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, uses initiative and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for every guest who visits Welbeck.

Please note that these positions are being recruited with an anticipated start date of late March 2027. Successful candidates will be expected to commence employment from this date.
