Welbeck is seeking an experienced Booking Specialist to join our Specialist Booking Team. You will own enquiries from first contact through to booking outcomes, helping patients, referrers and partners navigate Welbeck’s services and identify the most appropriate pathways that meet their needs.
The role emphasises relationship-building, effective communication and delivering outstanding customer experiences across the booking journey. Prior healthcare exposure is helpful but not essential.
