About you
You are someone who brings both heart and structure to a team. You enjoy creating order out of complexity and take real pride in seeing a service run smoothly because of the systems and people you've helped to shape. You communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence whether you're supporting a colleague, guiding a patient through a sensitive query, or coordinating a busy day of activity behind the scenes. You naturally take the lead when things become fast‐paced, staying calm, organised, and focused on what needs to happen next. You're comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and working closely with clinical and operational colleagues to keep patient journeys seamless. You understand the importance of accuracy in healthcare administration, especially when it comes to complex bookings, financial processes, and governance expectations. Just as importantly, you bring empathy: you know that every interaction matters, and you take care to ensure patients feel listened to and supported. Above all, you're motivated by delivering a service that feels exceptional for patients, for colleagues, and for the centre as a whole.
