About the role

This is a hands on, delivery focused role with a strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience. As Talent Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator, you'll take ownership of all pre-employment checks, ensuring a fully compliant, audit-ready process within a regulated environment. You will act as the main point of contact for new hires, combining organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication to make every candidate feel informed, welcomed, and supported. You'll manage the onboarding journey from offer to first day, working closely with the wider talent team to ensure a smooth and professional experience. While your focus is on high-quality delivery, you will also contribute ideas to improve processes and strengthen service efficiency, helping shape the way onboarding and compliance is managed day to day. The majority of the role can be completed on a remote basis but with expectation of attendance in our London office once a week (ideally a Wednesday) but on occasions may require more, based on business needs.

About you

You must bring proven experience delivering onboarding and compliance in a regulated environment, with strong knowledge of UK Right to Work, visa, and immigration processes. Highly organised and detail focused, you're confident managing multiple hires simultaneously without compromising quality. You're a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, with a pragmatic, solutions focused approach. You bring discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
