This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking health partnership at a pivotal moment, providing you the opportunity to scope and shape ways of working, influence culture, and make a tangible difference. You will be part of a collaborative team with the opportunity to leave a real imprint as the function continues to mature and grow.

You will play a key role in shaping people insight, supporting workforce planning, organisational design, and long-term people strategies that inform business decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team, you will provide clear analysis and guidance that brings workforce performance, capability, and engagement into focus.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, translating people data and policy into practical, accessible advice. Your work will strengthen people management capability and support improved organisational and operational performance.

You will be an experienced HR professional with strong HRBP capability and a collaborative, pragmatic approach. You will be confident operating in a healthcare or similarly complex environment and comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands on operational delivery.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract covering parental leave.
