The People function at Welbeck Health Partners is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation. About the role

You will play a key role in shaping people insight, supporting workforce planning, organisational design, and long-term people strategies that inform business decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team, you will provide clear analysis and guidance that brings workforce performance, capability, and engagement into focus. You will partner with stakeholders across the business, translating people data and policy into practical, accessible advice. Your work will strengthen people management capability and support improved organisational and operational performance.

About you

You will be an experienced HR professional with strong HRBP capability and a collaborative, pragmatic approach. You will be confident operating in a healthcare or similarly complex environment and comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands on operational delivery.

Recruitment Process

For this role, there will be three stages; Shortlisting (based on your application), 1st stage interview, 2nd stage interview. We aim to complete these as soon as possible after the closing date for applications. We will inform you in due course (if shortlisted) whether the interview stages will be via Teams or face to face in our London office.
