37.5hrs a week plus 30 minutes sampling time every third weekend. Usual hours Monday β Friday between 7am and 5pm depending on business requirements.

Welbeck Abbey Brewery is a well established brewery based between Worksop and Mansfield, operating on a 24HL brewkit. The majority of volume is in casks, however sales in kegs, minikegs and bottles are growing.
We are looking for a brewer with experience to join our team. The specific daily responsibilities are:
- Production of beer
- Fermentation tracking, quality checks, pH and temperature management
- Packaging beer in cask, keg and bottles
- Operation of the bottling line
- Supervision of other staff on the bottling line
- Maintain accurate stock and production records on Breww and in the paper files
- Comply with all regulations including Health and Safety, food safety, and COSHH.
- Basic maintenance of the bottling line and brewhouse when required
- Working with the Head Brewer on product development and Quality Assurance
- Work with the head brewer to experiment with new brewing techniques and styles, applying the latest innovations and techniques.
- Seeking opportunities to learn and develop their own knowledge base

- +1 Years experience in the brewing industry
