We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Haverhill, Suffolk. This is a permanent, full-time position offering regular daytime hours, long-term stability, and competitive pay.
The Role:
- MIG welding components to a high standard
- Working primarily with aluminium and mild steel
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Producing quality welds in line with required standards
- Carrying out visual inspections and basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- £13.00 – £17.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time employment

- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Aluminium welding experience highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
