We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a large and well-established packaging manufacturer based in Rotherham. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Description: As a Production Operative, you will be working at the end of the production line, stacking boxes and preparing products for dispatch. The role involves manual handling and standing for long periods, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Shifts: You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am

You must be available to work all three shifts on a weekly rotation.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment required
  • Physically able to lift and stack products throughout the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • This is a no smoking site – candidates must be able to comply with this policy
