We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of a large and well-established packaging manufacturer based in Rotherham. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving goods throughout the warehouse and production areas using a counterbalance forklift truck. You will also support with stock movements, palletising products, and ensuring materials are supplied to production lines efficiently. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Shifts:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am

You must be available to work all three shifts on a weekly rotation.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence required
  • Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or production environment
  • Physically able to assist with manual handling when required
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • This is a no smoking site – candidates must be able to comply with this policy
