You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new employer partnerships to help connect learners with real job opportunities across the region. You'll have full control of your diary, blending office work with field-based meetings – and no micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas
- Build lasting relationships with local employers to understand their hiring needs
- Promote training and employability programmes that align with workforce demands
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to meet learner placement targets
- Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to drive visibility
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (training, delivery, and learner support)
- Maintain accurate records via CRM systems and report on progress
