Textile Mender – Rotating Shifts

Location: Bradford

Salary: £12.21 to £13.50

Shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm (rotating)

We’re working with a reputable and growing textiles manufacturer in Bradford who is looking to recruit an experienced Mender to join their team.

As a Mender, you’ll play a key role in maintaining fabric quality by identifying and repairing faults to ensure all products meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting finished fabrics for weaving or finishing faults
  • Mending faults using hand tools or machines, depending on fabric type
  • Working to high-quality standards with attention to detail
  • Collaborating with weavers, overlookers, and quality teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of faults and repairs
