Temporary Part-Time PPM Booking Coordinator Location: Derbyshire (Option to work from home once fully trained) Hours: 20 hours per week Contract: Temporary until the end of December 2026 We are looking for a Temporary Part-Time PPM Booking Coordinator to join our team based in Derbyshire. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys coordinating schedules and providing great customer service. You will be responsible for booking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits, liaising with customers and engineers, and ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) appointments. * Contact customers to arrange convenient service visits. * Manage engineers' diaries and optimise scheduling. * Update internal systems with accurate booking information. * Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve scheduling queries. * Ensure all booking records are accurate and up to date. What We're Looking For * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling or office systems. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently once trained. * A Valid DBS What's on Offer * Temporary contract until the end of December 2026. * Part-time hours – 20 hours per week. * Derbyshire-based role with the opportunity to work from home once trained
