Senior Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic + bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Description WEL Group is a growing recruitment agency based in Brighouse, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment division. We're open to sector specialism, so whether your background is in manufacturing, engineering, commercial, logistics, IT or another recruitment market, we'd love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you can develop client relationships, win new business and build your own desk, with the support of an experienced team. Key Responsibilities * Developing new business and building relationships with clients. * Managing and growing existing client accounts. * Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into permanent roles. * Managing the full 360 recruitment process. * Negotiating fees and salaries with clients and candidates. * Building a strong candidate network within your chosen sector. * Delivering a professional, consultative recruitment service. * Working towards individual and business growth targets. Requirements * Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role. * Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process. * Confidence in business development and winning new clients. * Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. * A motivated, commercially minded approach. * The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
