WEL Group is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team internally at our Brighouse office. This is a key role focused on identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the company.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to bring on new clients and grow long-term relationships. You’ll play an important part in shaping our sales pipeline and driving revenue across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to close
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Keep CRM records up to date and provide sales activity reports
About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident building relationships
- Organised with good time management skills
- Comfortable working in an office-based role in Brighouse
