WEKA is looking for a Sr Regional Marketing Manager to lead our regional growth across EMEA and Middle East. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a marketing leader who thrives in high-velocity environments and is energized by the opportunity to shape the future of WEKA. You’ll partner with sales, tap into global campaigns, and create region-specific programs that build pipeline, elevate our brand, and drive results fast.
We’re looking for someone with a bias for action, a deep sense of ownership, and a drive to move the business forward. You’ll lead strategy, execute quickly, and continuously improve through experimentation, iteration, and data. This role is a rare mix of strategy, execution, and impact. You’ll have real ownership over how WEKA shows up and grows across the EMEA region, with the freedom to build programs that make a measurable difference. You’ll work closely with sales, partners, and global marketing leaders to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate pipeline. Because we’re a fast-moving, high-growth company, your ideas won’t sit on a roadmap—they’ll launch, evolve, and scale quickly. You’ll also be at the center of one of the most exciting shifts in tech, helping tell the story of how WEKA powers next-gen AI innovation. Responsibilities include:
Lead Regional Strategy and Execution
- Own the EMEA marketing strategy—aligning tightly with sales priorities, adapting global campaigns, and leading execution with speed and precision.
- Drive short-term pipeline while building long-term brand visibility across core European and Middle Eastern markets.
- Be the voice of EMEA in global planning—and the voice of WEKA in the region.
Accelerate Demand and Pipeline Generation
- Launch and optimize integrated demand programs with a strong focus on pipeline contribution, including, field, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Build targeted campaigns that convert—turning insight into high-impact programs that generate leads and move opportunities through the funnel.
- Partner closely with sales to align on ABM strategy, territory needs, and follow-up workflows that support deal acceleration.
- Support and enable SDR teams with segmented assets, messaging frameworks, and outbound campaign support.
Move Fast and Execute Locally
- Localize and execute global programs—ensuring regional relevance, speed to market, and performance.
- Deliver high-impact events, executive briefings, and partner activations that engage customers and accelerate deal cycles.
- Pilot and scale new approaches using AI and automation to streamline workflows, reach audiences faster, and amplify content.
Own Results and Optimize Performance
- Manage the regional budget with a focus on ROI and velocity.
- Track, analyze, and improve program effectiveness across every touchpoint—continuously learning and scaling what works.
Lead and Develop a Growing Team
- Manage and mentor a small regional team, including a field marketer in the Middle East.
- Cultivate a culture of urgency, innovation, accountability, and growth.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, including digital, field, and account-based marketing (ABM)—with a clear focus on measurable outcomes
- Strong leadership experience—able to coach and grow a team while being highly effective as an individual contributor and cross-functional collaborator
- Demonstrated success partnering closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive alignment and deliver results
- Relentlessly driven, accountable, and action-oriented—you take ownership, move fast, and thrive under pressure
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists—you know how to prioritize, adapt, and execute
- A builder’s mindset with a bias for experimentation—you actively seek out new technologies, especially AI and automation tools, to improve speed, efficiency, and impact
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across regions, cultures, and stakeholder levels
