We are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across the UK and Europe. This role partners closely with sales and channel teams to design, execute, and measure high-impact programs that drive revenue and partner success.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute regional and partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
  • Drive brand awareness and market presence across key European markets.
  • Manage field and partner event programs, from planning to execution.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation.
  • Lead communications for pre- and post-event activities.
  • Track performance, analyse results, and provide regular dashboards and insights.
  • Own relevant Salesforce campaign processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to align on goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, channels, and strategic alliances.
  • Ensure all activities meet regional legal and compliance standards.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Strong event planning and regional/partner marketing experience with proven pipeline impact.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools; Salesforce familiarity preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing.
  • Background in technology, AI, hardware, or software.
  • Experience with field, partner, and channel marketing.
