About The RoleWEKA is seeking a highâcaliber, missionâdriven Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion within the Northern Europe territory. Specifically targeted on the United Kingdom this role will be crossâvertical focused on acquiring net new logos that require HighâPerformance Computing (HPC) or Accelerated Compute for AI, you will position WEKA as the bedrock of the modern intelligent data stack.
Responsibilities Include
Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management
Qualifications
10+ years of IT Sales experience
Proven track record of selling $5M+ infrastructure or data solutions into the intelligence community
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Bachelorâs Degree preferred.
