As our Director of Sales, Northern Europe, you will lead an elite team of Account Executives across the UK and Nordics, bringing WEKA’s revolutionary, high-scale AI infrastructure to enterprise companies. Reporting to the VP of Sales, EMEA, you’ll partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Demand Gen to dominate the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value we deliver to our customers.
  • Drive team expansion by actively identifying, recruiting, hiring, and training top-tier, high-performing sales talent.
  • Foster and maintain a resilient, positive team culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a strong operational cadence, taking control of territory performance, metrics, and pipeline velocity.
  • Actively lead, coach, and participate in pipeline generation activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional resources to execute successful sales campaigns.
  • Accurately forecast to senior sales management, including managing weekly forecast calls with your team.
  • Understand the competitive market and be deeply familiar with WEKA’s offerings and differentiators.
  • Ensure the team is developing deep relationships and working effectively with ecosystem players and partners.
  • Implement strategies to expand existing accounts and aggressively capture new logos.
  • Work collaboratively across functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Development.
