To be the Lead Specialist within the Group, dealing with Employer Relations, Organisational Development, People Strategy, Recruitment, Learning & Development, all in line with the People Strategy and Being Brilliant Programme.

Working with the People & OD Senior Team, by providing assurance and support to the People and OD Service Manager.

Play an active role in the Annual Business Planning Cycle.
