Pro Education are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) to lead and champion a School’s SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to achieving the very best for every learner.
This opportunity is a Temporary role, working 5 days a week, for the whole of the Autumn Term!

What You\’ll Do:
- Develop and lead the school’s SEND strategy and ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Identify and assess students with SEND, creating tailored support plans to help them thrive.
- Coordinate and monitor interventions, tracking progress and adapting approaches where needed.
- Ensure statutory compliance for EHCPs
- Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external agencies to deliver a joined-up approach to support.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on effective SEND practices.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure every child receives the support they need.
