People Officer for Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development - £29,000 to £32,500. 12 Month Fixed Term Hybrid Contract (could be longer as Maternity Cover). To start February 2026 to February 2027 (minimum). 36.25 Working Week – Hybrid – 28 days’ holidays rising with Service – Death in Service - 3 x Annual Salary – Healthcare Cash Back Plan – Flexible Benefits Scheme – Contributory Pension Scheme.

As People Officer you will report to the People Director and be involved in a variety of duties to include:
- Supporting Recruitment and career events
- Producing and Coordinating on-boarding plans for new starters
- Planning and Delivering Induction
- Designing and Delivering Training (“face-to-face” and online)
- Delivering Ad Hoc Training projects for Soft Skills
- Managing Training Administration and Course Bookings for Qualified team members
- Promoting and communicating Training opportunities across the Company
- Coordinating Mental Health First Aid and Work Experience programmes
Skills & Qualifications to include:
- Experience or Qualifications in Coaching or Training is desirable (but not essential)
- Pro Active Approach to your work
- Confident Communicator at all Levels
- Ability to Design and Deliver Creative Training
- Have an Engaging Personality
- Be Organised and Adaptable
- Have a Genuine Passion for Supporting Others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
