We are looking for a confident and dependable Retail Sales Assistant to take ownership of our concession within Dobbies Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will largely work independently - perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in high standards and thrives on being trusted to manage their own space.

The Role - What you'll be doing
- Deliver warm, engaging customer service and tailored product advice
- Drive sales through confident, proactive conversations
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and manage availability
- Keep the concession organised, inviting and brand-aligned
- Work closely with your Area Manager to achieve targets
You will be based within a busy garden centre environment, representing Weird Fish with energy and professionalism while managing day-to-day operations independently.
