Join the Shoal at Weird Fish! We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join the team, to help us grow and shape the exciting journey we are on. You will work at our concession in Blue Diamond Taunton.
Your key areas of focus:
- To always implement a high level of customer service.
- To take responsibility for tasks designated by the Area Manager/Head Office.
- Maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the unit.
- Handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Being able to approach and advise customers.
- Complete delivery, manage stock, replenish the concession unit and cleaning duties on the unit.
What our Shoal needs:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently and be a self motivator.
- Time management and organisational skills to handle tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with merchandising and retail operations (desirable).
What We Offer:
- Ability to have input and impact in our organisation.
- Annual Leave Full time equivalent: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays. Annual leave entitlement increases with length of service increments. Entitlement will be pro-rated for part time colleagues.
