We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Operations Assistant.
As part of a growing retail business with stores, concessions, distribution operations and a thriving e-commerce platform, you'll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues have the technology and support they need to succeed.
This is a hands-on role providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, working closely with stakeholders.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies while contributing to IT projects and continuous improvements across the organisation.
Your key areas of focus: Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
Create, manage and maintain user accounts, permissions and access across business systems.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, Share Point and One Drive.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system and networking issues.
