We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team, to help us grow and shape the exciting journey we are on. We are seeking a talented Store Manager to join our store at the Trentham Shopping Village.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and supervise store colleagues.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
