We are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Store Manager to help manage our store and make Weird Fish a success in our brand new Petersfield Store. The position would offer a great opportunity for someone with previous retail supervisory experience.
You will have the following skills:
- Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.
- An effective communicator and strong team player.
- If part time, you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.
- Ability to supervise the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Confidence in cash handling procedures.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed.
