We are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Store Manager to help manage our store and make Weird Fish a success in our New Outlet Store in Boulevard, Bandbridge.
Your key areas of focus: Responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is unavailable on the floor.
Also, when store management is absent, you will need to supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and operational functions.
To always implement a high level of customer service.
To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager and to be responsible for store keys.
Holding responsibilities - maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store.
To abide by all Weird Fish Rules and regulations What our Shoal needs: Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, such as Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or similar.
A confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A keen eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation.
The ability to take ownership and lead the store in the managers absence.
Confidence in cash handling and retail operational procedures.
