We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team, to help us grow and shape the exciting journey we are on.
You will be responsible for maintenance and daily operations across retail, concessions and Head Office locations. The role acts as a central point of contact between the centre and stores to maintain costs and grow revenue.
Your key areas of focus:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with VM, CRM, IT, HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and shop fitters to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Oversee all maintenance and manage relationships with contractors, landlords, and facility partners to minimise trading disruption and control costs.
- Assist with all Property renewal matters.
- Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the retail estate.
- Ensure H&S compliance.
- Responsible for the SML retail system ensuring compliance across the estate.
- Facilitating retail stock request and delivery issues with central Merchandising and the distribution centre.
- Scheduling stocktakes and deal with suppliers to ensure stocktakes are conducted correctly dealing with any issues.
- Responsible for maintaining the customer calendar / promo calendar from a retail perspective, populating any required detail, communicating weekly any outputs (DES).
- Lead the store and concession opening projects.
