Wholesale Sales Manager (Scotland, North of England and Midlands)

We are seeking a talented Wholesale Sales Manager to look after our customer base in Scotland, North England and Midlands region. You will champion the brand, embody its values, and build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and new retail partners. You’ll be accountable for delivering on pre-order and in-season sales targets, maximising opportunities within your territory, and ensuring the brand is represented consistently across all touchpoints.

  • Sales & Territory Growth
    • Deliver and exceed seasonal pre-order targets and in-season sales forecasts.
    • Scout, approach, and open new wholesale accounts aligned with brand positioning and strategic goals.
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing wholesale partners.
    • Conduct regular store visits to review performance, present new collections, support merchandising needs, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide product knowledge training and brand education to retail partners.
  • Brand Representation
    • Deeply understand the brand DNA, product ranges, customer profile, and core values, consistently champion them in all external interactions.
    • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all partner stores, from merchandising to communication.
  • Trade Shows & Sales Events
    • Attend domestic and international trade shows, sales meetings, and seasonal showrooms as required.
    • Confidently present collections and articulate key product stories to prospective and existing accounts.
    • Provide feedback on competitor performance, customer behaviour, and regional insights to support wider business decisions.

Wholesale experience within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is desirable. Ability to sell and connect with our customers. Strong commercial acumen. Drive and ambition to achieve sales targets and grow the accounts. Ability to travel extensively across the territory and to HQ (Gloucestershire) as needed. Full UK driving licence.
